What is QUONTA?
QUONTA is a theatre event whereby 4 Northern communities will perform a play in hopes of winning an opportunity to compete province-wide at Theatre Ontario.
Throughout this event, the Festival will hold various workshops, facilitated by local professionals as well as the Festival Adjudicator.
Following each show, there will be a public adjudication and then the performers and crew assemble back at the Clarion hotel where audience members and supporters meet for a Green Room celebration.
A private adjudication will be given to each participating group the morning following their performance beginning at 9:00 am at the Clarion Hotel.
Each of the performances will be held at Widdifield Secondary School, 320 Ski Club Road, North Bay ON, beginning at 7:30pm. Please note - because this is a competitive festival, the doors will close promptly at 7:30 and there will be absolutely no late entries allowed.
Tickets can be purchased/reserved by calling the Box Office at 358-1425. Tickets are $18/adults and $15/seniors & children.
A four show package can also be purchased - $54/adults and $45/seniors & children.
